Items can be made and delivered quicker than
the standard 2 - 3 weeks, but there may be
additional charges for an order to be processed
sooner than the standard delivery time.

inspected before being shipped. All shipments must be examined thoroughly
upon receipt. Only exchanges due to damage during shipping will be allowed as
long as we are notified within 24 hours of delivery date.
We will contact the shipper immediately after we are notified of the problem.
