Items
-All umbrellas are handmade as orders are received.
-Description and pictures given are an accurate representation of the product however, slight
variations may occur do to product availability in cases like this an equal or greater substitute will be
used.
-If stored properly the umbrellas will last a long time and can be reused.
Prices
-Prices are clearly marked for each item. Shipping and handling cost will be calculated and added to
the order at checkout.
-If you want to request a customized item you can email us at umbrellacreator@aol.com or contact
us through the special order request form with the details and we will try to accommodate you as
best as possible.
Order Time
-Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for orders to be filled. This time frame will vary based on the payment
method used, workload and possible shipping delays.
-In cases of rush orders, there will be an additional charge and extra charges will have to be
determined upon location and time frame.
Tax
-New York state residents will be required to pay sales tax which will be calculated at the time of
sale.
Payment Methods
-At this time all payments will go through PayPal. For people who don't have a Paypal account you
can pay with a charge card through PayPal.
-Using this system ensures a secure and easy transaction.
Return Policy
-All items are handmade and all sales are final. Each product is thoroughly inspected before being
shipped. All shipments must be examined thoroughly upon receipt. For returns or exchanges due
to damage during shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours from delivery date.
The products are made to be used as decorations. We cannot be held responsible for damage to the
products if used in any other way than intended, mishandling or improper storage.
Shipping & Handling
-Shipping method will be UPS Ground and the cost will be calculated at time of checkout.
-Costs are shown for each item and added to the item price when ordered.
-Insurance is included in listed cost.
-Special shipping requests ( type or time) will require additional charges and be determined
accordingly.
