-All items are handmade and all sales are final.  Each product is thoroughly inspected before being shipped.  All shipments must be examined thoroughly upon receipt.  For returns or exchanges due to damage during shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours from delivery date.    The products are made to be used as decorations. We cannot be held responsible  for damage to the products if used in any other way than intended, mishandling or improper storage.
