shipped.  All shipments must be examined thoroughly upon receipt.  For returns or exchanges due to
damage during shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours from delivery date.   
The products are made to be used as decorations. We cannot be held responsible  for damage to the
products if used in any other way than intended, mishandling or improper storage.

This beautiful topper measures approximately 7" wide by  7 3/4" high (without the base).  Two gold rings tied with a
white satin  bow hang from the center of a large heart that is surrounded by an arrangement of red silk roses outlined
in white organza lace.
