-All items are handmade and all sales are final.  Each product is thoroughly inspected before being shipped.  All shipments must be examined thoroughly upon receipt.  For returns or exchanges due to damage during shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours from delivery date.    The products are made to be used as decorations. The umbrella has a 20" arc measured over the top with a 19" diameter across the base and is covered with white satin lace,  The lace is adorned with satin ribbon bows and doves with gold and silver bands.  Four spokes of the umbrella have satin ribbon hanging with three signature cards attached per streamer totaling 12 cards/  (*Also available in natural}
